The Terrace

Occupant wellbeing is central to the design of Capital VI. Level 4 will include a dedicated amenity space with an expansive south and west-facing landscaped terrace. This is envisioned as a common area for all building occupants to enjoy.

The terrace will allow companies to create engaging experiences in the workplace. It will encourage creativity and provide opportunities for people to gather, socialize and collaborate in a tranquil outdoor setting. In addition, Level 4 will be provisioned with facilities such as bookable conference rooms and event spaces for large group meetings and functions.
